cannot remove Fake.IKEA-Bill

i did a scan with spybot search&destroy, it has found that i had a trojan called Fake.IKEA-Bill, when i try to delete it with spybot, it says "1 problem found, 0 fixed" so anyone here can help me remove the trojan? thnx

Hi dimmy09,

This is indeed a malware infection; so here's what you need to do...

Go to this link; read the instructions carefully and follow the 5 Steps.

Once you have done this; post your Logs here, and wait for one of our Security analysts to assist you with the 'cleaning' of your machine.

i cant get the Panda ActiveScan to work with IE, when i click on "scan pc" nothing happens. i've already posted a HJT logfile on the forum, so do u know y panda scan wont work?

Hi again dimmy,

Don't worry about the Panada scan, so long as you mentioned that when you post your HJT Log there will not be anything to worry about, as the HJT Crew 'have other ways and means' to fix your issue.

We try and answer logs as soon as we can, but bear in mind the HJT forum is always busy and all our helpers are volunteers. However, we have caught up with a good part of the backlog recently so hopefully someone will pick up your log fairly soon.
