Symantec Antivirus

Hi,

I get this message from my Symentec Antivirus each time I try to Update

LU1847: LiveUpdate could not determine if there is an update for this product because the update list for this product is corrupted.

What shall I do?

Althought the instruction in given page didn't solve the proble, But i was able to get the removal tools and re-install it from begining
