I need a good, free bandwidth moniter.

Lately I catch the light on my modem going when I have nothing running.
So I found this 'Emsa bandwidth monitor'. It's not very helpful, but it let me know I am receiving a lot of data. Any recommendations?

I use BitMeter 2
Quote:
BitMeter 2 is a bandwidth meter, it allows you to visually monitor your internet connection by displaying a scrolling graph that shows your upload and download speed over time. BitMeter is freeware - ie. it is given away completely free of charge, there is no trial period, no time-limited features, no spyware, and no adware, guaranteed.

Bitmeter 2 requires version 1.1 or later of the Microsoft .NET framework to be installed.

If that doesn't fit your bill, try Netmon 3 by MS: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Something I use that is very similar to the above, works well.
