Help with stopping popups

hi i have just got my computer totally cleaned and now have no programs

i have added avg, adaware, and zone alarm

now i keep having a problem with pop ups popping up all the time

what is a good free pop up stopper to use to stop this

You were last cleaned in November last year - and you didn't complete the process by the looks of it. Sounds like you may be infected again.

Start here and follow the instructions.
