Hi,
Recently on MSN I clicked on a link that my friend gave me. It turned out to be a virus, she has it too. She did'nt mean to send anything. I have AVG and ran a full system scan and found Trojan horse downloader.generic4.dem as the infected file I would appreciate assistance in deleting this file. The location of the file that AVG shows does not exist. C:\Document~1\Admin\LOCALS~\Temp\adwojicib.dll I also got warning that I have 624 pornographic and sensitive files and to download "Drive Cleaner" to clean up the mess. I have never downloaded and porn EVER. Please help Thanks alot Varun Last edited by Varun048; 04-17-2007 at 07:05 AM. Reason: Missed out address for file |

Re: Hi, I need help
Since you've already clicked on it, it could be worse than just one file.
If you want to take a shot at it yourself: http://www.techsupportforum.com/secu...val-guide.html If you want assistance, then only the Security Team here are permitted to help "disinfect", so follow this: http://www.techsupportforum.com/secu...sting-log.html |
