Re: spyware guard any good????

Hi

I've never had any problems with it and I don't know of anyone else that has either. SpywareBlaster and SpywareGuard work well together - they sit quietly in the background and help protect your system. I cannot recommend them both highly enough - as will anyone involved in malware removal and protection. One of the reviewers said it was a virus and prevented his system from restoring - that's just nonsense - there were likely other factors involved and he simply found one programme to blame. Have a read here as well

Re: spyware guard any good????

Spyware Guard and Spyware Blaster, are both programs that only help keep the spyware out, and not eliminiate/or destroy them fromn your system.

Spyware Blaster, puts protection in your registry, so there's no need for another application ie "SpywareBlaster" to be on the computer, for it just configures your computers settings.

SpywareGuard, on the other hand is an on-acces prevention of spyware coming onto your computer tool. It basically does the same thing as SpywareBlaster, except it's in an application, and doesn't configure your computer's registry.

Having both of them at once, makes an great combo, in preventing spyware to come on your computer, before it gets infected.
