hey guys
i've got shed loads of anti virus software and the spybot S+D anti adware and such, yet about once every fortnight i get adware virus' trojan horses and malware... my firwall is on and i've followed all the advice on microsofts site...
anybody any helpful sites or goood info for me as ive just taken another 4 hours to clean my cpu up today Thanx Lewis

Hi Lewis
Firstly, have a look at this article. Then think about where you go, what you download, what you install etc and also think about whether or not your system is properly clean. It can take only one file left on your system to invite more malware along for the party.
