Problem with XP
I have quite a strange problem with my laptop, whenever I log on, only the most basic services seem to initially start. I cant do anything (although I can move my mouse, open task manager etc) for 1-2 minutes, when the hard disk rumbles again and everything starts. Also, the music fails to play if I lock/unlock my computer, and the "my computer properties" window is sometimes shown when I unlock, strangely. I've tried virus scan & error checking.
 anyone got any ideas?
