Folder Password

Have an old win98 PC that was retired from a network over 5 yrs ago and saved with some tech data. Now we need some of that data. However, the people that ran the uint do not remember the passwords. Great!! I removed the windows PW's and found the the "hand of fate" on the c drive and the folder I need. Any ideas will be appreciated. I can access any part of the HD and other folders.

The folder is asking for an ID and the ones that were using the info said they had to put in an ID. I will have to find out if a third party was involved. No one here can answer that question.
