Confused Login difficulty

Hi
I recently deleted all cookies on my computer and seem to be unable to login now to my home page - provider tech support don't seem to understand - do they need to resend cookies to allow me to login or should that happen automatically???????????????

Frustrated!

Try logging in again with your username and password.
This is normal when you erase yoru cookies.

no message - when i enter user name and password it reverts to same login page. It was suggested I may have a cookie muncher but ?????????????

Thanks again - yes cookies are enabled - have downloaded fire fox but still can't access my login.. is there something else I sould be doing?
