Looking...

I had a CD program, Defender Pro 5-in-1, that had a toolbox feature that would get rid of temp files and replicated files. I am looking to downlod something that can kinda help keep my computer "clean". I also would not recommend this program for your computer, I had to take my computer in twice, once after I bought the program. I now use AD-Aware and CW Shedder and am completly happy with both my free porgams! My 50+ father joined the forum a couple months ago after his computer "died" on him, and is a spokeperson for them, just to let you know how user friendly they are. And I consider myself a computer dofus!

Hi and welcome to TSF.

As a cleaner I would suggest

CleanUp! or
CCleaner.com

Looking, now found!

Thank you so much! I downloaded CleanUp and have already started using it. But now I have another question, should I use it everyday or once a week? I don't what to use it everyday if that is not what it is intended for. Thanks so much.

Actually, I use it monthly - I find that does the job fine. But weekly would be fine as well - whatever suits you is best.

From looking

Thank you, that sounds good. Ever since we had the spyware I run things everyday and check for updates daily. I'm sure it will not be long before I think of something else I am unsure about. Thanks. Ya'll have already been most helpful.
