hello everyone
i have a few problem with set up ZoneAlarm Pro
and I remove it
i try to reinstall but i receive a message of VS JIT debugger report about erroor of GLB*.tmp
such as GLB1.tmp or GLB1F.tmp
so I try to install ZA Free and upgrade later but it doesn't work
also i try a older version but .. no change ..
i try to del all trace of ZA in my comp and reinstall but no change
i del all GLB*.tmp but still error
i know there are many "guru" here
who can help me

Please keep to one thread while posting your problem. Its alot easier and we dont have to back track between the 2 posts.

This could be a virus preventing the install.

What Anti Virus software are you using?
When was the last time you run a full system scan?

but it isn't due to my AV
I think that i must delete all "traces" of ZoneAlarm in my computer
and i search all file *zl*.* and maybe i delete all of them
then i try again
it solve my problems
