Which program to keep turning on its real protection: ewido, SpySweeper, WD beta2?

My PC began running really loud after I installed ewido, spy sweeper, Windows Defender, and enabled the real protections.

I would really appreciate if anyone would tell me which program's real protection I should keep turning on, or I should turn on all the real protections.

I am not a huge fan of Windows Defender. My recommendation would be use the real time protection of Spysweeper and use Ewido as an on-demand scanner.
