I use Adaware on my laptop, as it is fast, and just gets rid of small things which can grow, so I don't ever get anything big.
I have used Ewido on the familys computer, and found it got rid of quite a lot, and was pretty good. I use Windows defender as a small backup, as it doesn't find much, only the real big things, like Surf side kick, but it can't even delete it! So I don't rate it too highly... |

I would personally say Teatimer as it monitors many important registry locations and reverts any changes made without permission. There are a few others on your list that I think are good as well though.
