Running Process question

I am trying to find out what xpadmin.exe is. I found it as one of the running processes on my machine. You can see it here in this full pc profile link: http://www.mypccenter.com/onepagerep...631CC003457B8E

I scaned my machine on www.mypccenter.com and clicked on the Full PC Profile section (after the scan). at the bottom of the report, you will see a section called Running Processes. The second one is what I have question about.

xpadmin.exe is part of the IBM/XPoint Rapid Restore utility.

If you are unsure of any processes, google is your best friend.
