hello team found something odd in downloaded program files

i was trying to find any lingering viruses/spam so i went to my computer/c:/windows/downloaded program files and found the following when clicking on attachmentscreenshot.bmp not sure what that conflict folder is about, that yellow box was when i hovered over the folder? Maybe a problem if not anything else look suspicious? now i know ive been here before when we found something lingering in this area that needed to be removed, so i think there is a past post on the names of the files i found in my downloaded program files, maybe can give you an idea of what was and should be here. Sorry about att. you may have to blow it up i couldnt figure out how to get a good pic. on the first shot.lol. thanks for your time hope i explained everything clear enough.

If you did all full system scans with spybot, adaware, and norton and found nothing, you should go to the Hijackthis log section and post your log, if you need help on doing that just ask me.
