Yankees v. Red Sox

New York traveled to Boston with a 1 1/2 game lead heading into this weekend's 5 game series. The Yankees now have a 6 1/2 game lead. Nothing quite like watching the yanks win 5 games in 4 days from the sox!!!! October is coming.

Where I live is about 1/2 way between NYC and Boston. So we have our share of fanatics on both sides. We're new here so are not alligned with either - yet. But Mrs. yustr said this the other day: "We should root for the Yankees. At least the Yankee fans aren't obnoxious like the Red Sox fans."

They have one good year and think they're kings of the world...

Except they can't build a tunnel correctly! (or elect a decent senator, but we'll leave that to the Political Scene)
