For god's sake...just yesterday I saw a news story on Hospitals in Iraq. The US Goverment contracted a US company to build 100+ hospitals with a cost of 190 Million for the contract. They built 6 (2 still unfinished) and stopped because they said "Due to lack of funds". The goverment canceled the contract...but I'm willing to bet most if not all that 190 Million was spent on who knows what. Your tax payers dollars at work!!!
