Does having a bigger deficit count as another Bush legacy down? Because it looks like we are headed that way (2009's deficit could be considered as that, but Bush did sign the first TARP bill, so I classify it as everyone's fault) if Pelosi, Reid and Obama get everything they want.

Dust of my old republican playbook: tax and spend. Or in BHO's case spend, spend and then tax.

Besides, I do not feel like the recession is over, it is just on hold with all of the government intervention. Once TARP cycles through, who can say what will happen.

This would be as opposed to Spend foolishly on nation building and leave the bill for the next administration ( since we know we will get beat badly )
