Re: War is over!
Ya know that John must've been on drugs since he could have had virtually any woman he wanted and he ended up with that. Perhaps they were sole mates and were deeply in love, but wow...

Love is all you need, I think John preached this. He loved Yoko, and you can't blame him - she was a very important person, and very cute in her younger days.
As for now, she's not looking to good, and hasn't done anything political in years. |

Re: War is over!
Especially no religion, its what brought much misery to the human race. There was hope with it but its just nonsense. There are better things to believe in.

Re: War is over!
I find that the biggest problem with religion isn't the religion. It's the followers. Loving your neighbor, not drinking too much, killing people, or sleeping with your neighbor's wife, etc isn't really a bad idea. People just don't live up to what they claim to believe.
War will exist as long as there are differing resources. Trade wars turn into shooting wars, and people always want more stuff. Want to live a completely average life? $10k a year is the global average if you roughly sum up worldwide GDPs and divide by the # of people. That includes things like capital gains, which wouldn't exist if everyone made $10k per year (with its current purchasing power). Inequality sucks, but is a fact of life...
