It shocks me, but somehow can take the 9/11 conspiracies in stride,

but please, I beg of you for your own soul, do not side with Iran. I could tell you stories; stories that are not just what a little bird told me, but ones written in the blood spilled by the good government of Iran.

Re: Iran busts another CIA network (1/19/09)

I think we both agree that I have never said or implied, from the posting of this thread, that I am "siding with Iran". Do i think it's trajic that people are getting killed over a possible election fraud scenario? Of course I do. Do i think elements of the intelligence community orchestrated this and/or are exploiting it advantageous reasons (install puppet gov. after revo)? Of course i do.

Well this wouldn't be the first time D.C. has overthrown a democratically elected government in Iran.

Re: Iran busts another CIA network (1/19/09)

a good name to google would be "John Perkins", I read his book Confessions of an Economic Hitman on how he would get third world nations to take huge loans from IMF and World Bank for infrastructure projects that American Engineering firms would be contracted for. If the leader wouldn't submit they would be overthrown by revolution and/or assassination and replaced by a puppet gov. (two examples being Jamie Roldos of Equador and Manuel Noriega of panama). If that doesn't work we send in the military for regime change (more profitable but riskier), Saddam is a good example of that.

Iranian envoy: CIA involved in Neda’s shooting?

Interesting. wouldn't surprise me. Given CIA's track record, I wouldn't flinch.

uh huh... the CIA gave Farrah Fawcett cancer so she would die at this specific time to take your eyes off of world events
