Remember Cindy Sheehan? She won national media attention for camping outside President Bush’s Crawford Texas Ranch protesting Bush’s war policies. She’s back, this time calling for protests against what is now Obama’s war, and taking members of the anti-war movement to task for putting party politics over peace.

Well to be fair to the media (as if there is such a monolith), they stopped reporting on Sheehan long before Obama became president. And she's not "back", she never went away. Some guy just wrote about her now.

Cindy was the left's poster child for war protests. She lost a son and was mad. Who wouldn't sympathize with her.
Michael J Fox kept on babbling about stem cell research. C'mon, he was Alex P. Keaton, we loved this guy on TV.

What do these two have in common? The democrats used them. Like a bottle of water, they sucked everything they could out of these two and once they were no longer needed, they were cast aside. It's sad how liberals use people.

I never understood why the Gang That Could Not Shoot Straight did not defuse the whole thing in the begening and invite her to a private discussion to W . . Think how differently it would have played out if they had said " This is a mother in pain, she is hurting as we would if we lost a son/daughter and we would be glad to listen to her"

Instead, with their typical arrogance, they ignored her and sent the Fox Hounds after her, which then just drew even more attention to her.

She's been going after the dems for a little while now I'd say, ever since she tried to take Nancy Pelosi's house seat, but she didn't get much coverage for that either. Were is fox news to balance things when you need them?

Why shouldn't she protest? OBama lied about the war. He's basically continuing with Bush's foreign policies. Withdrawal from Iraq immediately my ***.

Anyone with an IQ over 90 knows that. Sheehan is a little smarter than that.....
