Looks like we have another Clinton on our hands. Oh wait, he only lied to all of America on stand and it was only about having a extramarital affair, so thats ok, after all everyone loves him. We will swipe the real estate dealings he got in trouble for under the table too. After all he provided all those houses to low income families.

Wait, wait...its just a smear by the Republicans and the Democrats. Even the report says she did it legally.

But not so fast. It also says that she abused her power, and most importantly, abused the public trust while doing it. And that she used her husband (or allowed him to use her position) in an unethical way.

Isn't she all about a new form of politic? Sounds very Cheney'esk to me.

OK apologists, lets hear it.

I guess you're conveniently forgetting that he was, in fact, impeached for that.

Here we have abuse of power; refusal to testify by invoking executive privilege where none exists; marginalizing the legislative branch; lies; obfuscation; delaying tactics; mountains of lawyers ...

Yeah he was, but people still walk around like his crap dont stink. Mean while, another politician mis-uses their situtation and everyone jumps all over them. I just have a hard time understanding why one person gets praise and the other gets trampled upon.

Barack Obama and Joe Biden have never been charged with anything. Can we really trust them when they've never been charged with an ethics violation like both McCain and Palin have?

This is interesting... I wonder who the panel consisted of? But remember, guilty until proven innocent. If she is found guilty, then she should step out, and be tried by a jury of her peers, if not, then move on. And since a panel is not a judge, nor a jury, I would expect all of you to respect that aspect of our judicial system (but who am I kidding everyone has already come to their own conclusion)

What is the point of having power if you can't use it to avenge family disputes? Do we not all love Sarah for her family values?
I bet this happens in industry all the time; so she is really a representative of the people.

I've been wondering the same thing all week - ever since Palin began her crusade against Obama, trying to implicate him by association as a bad guy/mad bomber/terrorist thug, with her ludicrous rhetoric about unrepentant terrorists. She's been riling up her audiences and allowing Obama's middle name to be used to imply that he's a Muslim, as if that were something shameful, criminal or evil, all the while knowing fully that the man is a Christian. McCain himself had to correct an ignorant bigot at his own rally yesterday who said she will not vote for Obama because he is a Muslim (broadcast on National newscasts) - and kudos to McCain for doing so.

This sort of trash talk has caused Obama not only to be trampled upon, but riduculed, theatened (a fool in the audience yelling, "Kill him!"), and scorned by thousands of Palin's loyal fans and followers. I consider this to be another instance of misuse of her situation. For me, hearing a potential Vice President of the United
States deliberately attempting to inflame an audience to the point a person actually suggests killing her rival while she smiles and makes no attempt at all to calm her listeners, without doubt, makes her undeserving of being considered a serious candidate.
