I can't watch that. They keep cutting to some vaguely relevant stock footage every second. It looks like it was done by an MTV producer on meth laced crack.

Re: Hillary Clinton

Don't you just love fair and balanced reporting...

Here's what it all boils down to:

Quote:
In December 2000, Stan Lee Media, Inc. began suffering financial setbacks that ultimately led to its filing for bankruptcy.
Peter Paul was "worth" $350 million (most likely all in Stan Lee Media stock) and was throwing money around, trying to seem important. He was going to get Bill Clinton to push his company but when it came out that he was a felon - Bill took another road and started working for a "partner" of Paul's. So all of this is really only because his company went bust.

BTW: the source of the quote is the official complaint filed in LA Superior Court: ( HERE

All that doesn't change the fact that our election financing is <TWIBAT>.

I know what you mean drummer. The reason for your reaction IMHO, is that 99% of the politicians lie, cheat, do illegal deeds, and some even steal.

However, with a select few (like Hillary), it is just blatently obvious that she is so disengenious in the things she says and does. Here actions and statements are not sincere and she says what she thinks will get her elected.

Unfortunately, the faults that I have mentioned are not a Democrat, Republican, or even an independent trait, but permeate the complete political spectrum ( all three branches of government) in our country in my opinion. We would be best served with term limits to clean out the scumbags that have been in government service much too long.

I don't want another Bush or Clinton to run our country again. We need honest new blood, but for the life of me, I don't think that will happen in my lifetime.......Those who qualify as fresh new blood simply don't stand a chance against the political machines that our system fosters. The outlook is bleak for a fresh name and face in the executive branch of government as well as very bleak in the legislative areas.

I actually don't think the founding fathers intended for the government to run this way. That is my two cents worth.

Your being sarcastic right? You must be. Either that or you have neglected to watch the news for the past 8 years, perhaps more.

Pres. George Bush is the best president this country has ever had. Period. Hands down. No exceptions. Etc.

What a quick and ... ah ... simple comment.

Let me try now:

I know you are, but what am I?

By the way, I was serious. I'll go as far to say deadly serious.

Marked, noted, highlighted, emboldened, translated, and commericalized.

Wrong, negative, not, nope, nadda, no.

Seriously, his image will rise in from the ashes of war like the true hero he is. The people will praise him and those who doubted will rechant their misnomer.

Fair not, will cry not.

Ahoy! I win hombre!

Re: Hillary Clinton

Internetdude99,

What Dummer Drummer means by a Troll, is summed up in The TSF Rules.

Quote:
TROLLING

If you are found causing trouble on the forums or generally harassing users, you will be considered a troll. The definitions of this type of behavior are many and are by no means exhaustive. You can, however, get a very good description by visiting this site to see this author's point of view on the definition of a Troll.

Trolling by TSF's definition could be any of, but is not restricted to the following:

* Flooding the board with comments arising from a single point of view in every reply.
* Intentionally posting something that contravenes our forum rules.
* Deliberately posting inflammatory comments in order to start a "flame war" or to cause difficulty for the moderators.
* Posting continuous snide or personal comments about other users.
* Posting continuous or unwarranted criticism of Mods and their moderating decisions.
* Behavior which is continually disruptive to the general membership of the forum.

Yep, sure would be priceless to have Bill Clinton back. We can have our Mark Rich bribes again, someone who lies under oath, someone who refuses to take action on Bin Ladem because he is a legal problem (not me, said I), someone who doesn't mind or take action when our (besides bombing a couple of camels back to kingdom come) embassies are blown up and our marines who are guarding them are killed, someone who appoints judges who legislate politically from the bench, someone who uses the oval office for sex with interns, someone who reduces the size of our armed forces............oops, forgive me my father, for I have sinned........ I almost forgot, this thread is about Hillary, so we need to get back on track.

Yes, Drummer, that thought makes me ill also. That [twibat] is scary.

Re: Hillary Clinton

I can't disagree with you someone needs to put the train back on the track, but the problem is that it was a train wreck under Clinton, so I can't see Hillary fixing it. I hope someone emerges that can fix things.
