It appears that wealthy and powerful people who object to a book can simply find a country with sympathetic laws, have a book shipped there and sue.

If I got a call from a lawyer in another country saying this happened and ni'm now being sued and asked if i'll defend i'd respond then hang up and leave it athat./ What they going do sue me for harrasment? Alright yuo set the court date i'll ignore it.

It's illegal for women to show their ankles in some countries...better come arrest all of them here. And add the designers and skirt manufacturers - aka deep pockets - while you're at it...
