Challenge to the American Goverment

Since America is so concerned about keeping its public safe and healthy from the terrible affects of drug use. Mainly Marijuana. According to many studies ( link)

That therefore all drugs which are worse then steroids shall be illegal and any use of those drugs therefore should result in possible imprisonment.

This includes Cigarettes and Alcohol. O yes i'm saying make those pass times illegal, even going further then prohibition by banning cigarettes this includes cigars, black and milds and etc.

If they cannot get this through the courts Cannabis and Steroids shall be deemed legal.

If the American government deems such drugs as steroids or cannabis (mainly cannabis) too dangerous for its public to consume legally then it shall consider other substances which are more dangerous then those listed steroids and cannabis which is simply following the American Government logical in making those drugs ILLEGAL.

Your mistake is assuming the government uses logic. They don't need logic when they've got all the guns.
