Bush compares Iraq to Israel

Well if the pali's stopped bombing Israel and decided to intigrate I bet they would be better represented.

You guys are missing the point. Most of the Muslim world does not appreciate how the Palestinians were forced off their land to make Israel. It has been a burr under their saddle for half a century. Add to this the more recent actions to "keep the peace". All this makes hating Israel a rallying point for extremists.

So to have Bush compare what he's trying to do in Iraq to Israel is foolhardy.

Compare it to this: your girlfriend runs off with a jazz trumpet player. Then your friend comes over and says he just bought a great new album by a jazz trumpet player - "let's have a listen, you're gonna love it." It doesn't matter that it's not the same guy - it's what he represents that makes you want to break the CD over his head and make him eat the sharp bits.

Yea well the moderate, sane, intellligent person who resist understanding by gones are by gones and the only thing that matters now is whats done in the future.

The middle east needs to come to terms with this fact

They are the ones causing the violence now, all they must do is STOP and work **** out that way. Run for ploticial office in the Isreal democratic gov and get things your way that way.

The pen is mightier then the sword, and the one who understands that statement rises above all else.

Look at Gaudi he took on a empire which the sun never set on, Gaudi a small weak, 100 LB men took down the ENTIRE british forces in India. All without a single fist raised in anger.

Poeple were amazed because when his groups were attacks they did not even raise their hands to sheild them from the blows.
