Big deal, any suitable tube can serve as one - the rockets are the actual weapon.

Where are all the pro-gun advocates on this one? It doesn't say right to bear only hand guns or rifles. It says "right to bear Arms". Are not all of the things (except the marijuana plants ) confiscated "Arms"? Were they not a militia? Can we consider the NRA TWIBAT hippocrates's if they don't step up and defend these idiots...

Isn't the AK-47 a rifle? Hence the logical fallacy of most gun advocates: taken to the extreme they can't defend their position. Some have said: we need our guns because an invading foreign government might try to take over or maybe even our own (as if they're not already). But think it through - the army has tanks and APC's and automatic weapons, and planes and helicopters and $500 billion worth of other stuff - are you really going to stop them with "rifles and handguns"? Maybe you need a M1A1 or even a nuke or two! Well regulated of course. (That said, the Iraqis are doing a pretty fair job of it without the Second Amendment so maybe they have a point...)

Um a fully atuomatic AK-47 being sold openly is a bad idea.

A .22 rifle to go hunting with is ok.

Also yes 300 million armed Americans could be a royal pain in the *** for any army to over come.

Interseting to note the Iraqis do have something very simliar to the 2nd ademdment each household is allowed to own at least 1 AK-47

Re: Feds Raid Alabama Militia Group

the Official number is 1 Ak 47 per household , but a lot have at least 2 , in case the first one got a magazine problem etc etc etc , a second one as a back up , and they don't get arrested for that .

There's limits to everything, even the NRA knows/believes that.

Does "Freedom of Speech" include yelling "Bomb" on a plane ?
I don't think the ACLU would be "hypocrites" for not defending someone that did that......

I think teaching young kids how to use a gun is a good bonding experience, and lots of fun for the kid. I know it was for me.
