Eeeerrrmm? Fox says that, if the US authorities are effective in their war against drugs within their country, then the global war against drugs will benefit due to decreased demand, and the only conclusion you've reached was what?

If you commented on the validity of Fox's argument, it'd make sense - but what on earth has that to do with "blaming the US for everything"?

The biggest market is America for the drug cartels.

Knock out that market, they have nothing to sell too, so they stop producing.

Supply and demand my friend.

He never said that was the 100% solution said it'd be help greatly though in a sense.
