Lol @ router support

So I call linksys router support team right? Well first most of there numbers are for India and me living in the US that doesn't help. So I finally find a number I can call after calling dell and they want 60$ to help me. So we are talking and hes spelling something and he says d as in ***** and I could not stop laughing. Then i talked to 3 people before I asked to talk to the manager for help but of course no no no they can do it. So we are talking and he says about update? On the routers page there isn't anything and I'm not even thinking of this which I feel really stupid now. So after they finally figured out what was wrong (4 hours later) I almost payed 60$ to just download one little dumb update!!!!!!! Lol gf 4 hours of my life.
