Re: Trivia Corner
Tito's right, it can't happen. if three of them are right, then the fourth must also be right. therefore it won't be only three.

Re: Trivia Corner
The odds that only three letters were in the right envelopes were: zero. If three were right, the fourth had to be right.

Re: Trivia Corner
Do you mean homonym or homophone?
A pair of homonyms with different meanings are cleave = to cut and cleave = to adhere. A pair of homophones with opposite meanings are raise and raze.

Re: Trivia Corner
lol, at this rate, i doubt anyone will get to 50 points soon.
it has to be a number that ends with 9 (19, 29, 39, etc) otherwise diving 5 by it won't leave 4. it can't be 14, 24, 34 because even though it leaves 4, it's not odd. next, we have to test the 4's. 19, 39, 59, 79, 99, 119 etc will work in this case. for 3's, 29, 59, 89, 119, etc would work. for 2, any odd number will work. the lowest number that meets those conditions is 59. therefore, my answer is 59.

Re: Trivia Corner
yes it s 59 :)
beefers1 2 points freddyhard 1 Titomike 1 justpassingby 1 JohnthePilot 1 You have a bag with 81 marbles which are of 9 different colors. There are 9 marbles of each color (blue, yellow, red, etc.). What is the smallest number of marbles you must pull from the bag to be sure of having 3 blue marbles? ---the answer will be published tomorrow---
