Those new eyes Dr Glas fitted have UV filters built in and you should not suffer from 'sparkles'.

Now just get on with the job, can't you see that GG is watching and making enquiries... I'll have to appease him somehow. Get Charlotte to help.

Hey, i have wired all funds from the new sergeries bank accounts directly to your accs. They can not delete my software. i have it embedded into the bios, OS main files, ohh, did i mention that if one is deleted the others recreate it. and with 512 bit encryption, they will never crack the code to disable it.

No problem. The funds in the accounts are just what we use to buy beer. (your welcome to whatever small change is left in there)
The real money is kept as cash so it is not traceable.
The only financial records on the system are those of previous patients.

Ah, so this is the old surgery, that must mean the doctors have probably been here a long time and therefore have more qualifications and experience than other more modern surgeries and i've heard that they are cheaper than that new surgery, tell you what, had some scary moments in there, lucky to be still here really. They have this "surgeon" there called Glas and i think he did his training at dewhursts.

Anyway, i could do with a memory upgrade and i had a load of money before i went to the new surgery but i think one of Dr Glas's assistants might have stolen it while i was under the anaesthetic, so if you have someone here who is competent to perform this procedure i wouldn't be able to pay but maybe i could do something for you in return, perhaps a bit of spying down at the new surgery.

No, i wouldn't trust him anyway, he once told me i was going to have a blood transfusion and when i got there they had all manner of scary looking implements, angle grinders, big drills and saws and stuff. Well, i have had a blood transfusion before and i don't remember them using all those things.........i expect you get quite a lot of business because of them, you know, correcting their mistakes and stuff, trouble is, i bet they are all flat broke when they get to you.

That is a problem I must admit, but we usually manage to get it out of the insurance companies.

Re: The Dr. Groucho, Dr. Chico & Dr. Harpo Thread v. Happy Holidays

Hello all. Sorry I was away so long. Between family visits (both here and at their homes), setting up my First Aid Training business, and making DVD's of my mom's old VHS tapes, I've been a bit busy. Plus, I found myself on here quite a bit and it was interfereing with a bunch of other stuff I had to do.

Thanks for PMing me, GG.

I think I'll try popping in here once or twice a day for a bit and see if I can keep my responsibilities in better balance.

This means I'll only be able to work part time in the surgery. You can cut my salary in half. (0/2 = 0)

I see you have a leprechaun on the table. Memory upgrade? Hmmm, where DID I put those old DIM cards?

Re: The Dr. Groucho, Dr. Chico & Dr. Harpo Thread v. Happy Holidays

Hay Gistek, I for one have miss you, Very glad to see you back!!!
Come back here GG I have need of a good accountant to help with the paper work, even willing to pay the Eruo to do the work!

Hay JTP I have managed to bring life into my computer. I, for grinds, inplanted a 2gig HD into it brain-a-mister and got it set up. To my suprize it works and cause my computer test to run ok, although it is running 98, it still proves the computer is running and Not Dead yet. I tried installing a 380 gig maxtor but it does not tell me the number of cyc/hd's/sec. to set it, even though it see's the model of the HD. I have been work with some HI-tech forum guys that seem to have some handles on recovery of defrag HD's. Once I can found a HD 80 gig to down the files from the other drive I may be able to add a card to use the ATA/100 HD drive to my sys.

See you later GUYS and GAILS, I need to get so sleep for surgery of my teeth tomorrow. Hay where did the three LOL'S go, Can't find them?

Well done DC, although you won't get all 380G recognised in '98. Struggling with my new knee at present but will get back to you later.

Re: The Dr. Groucho, Dr. Chico & Dr. Harpo Thread v. Happy Holidays

DC. This might help manage that partition. http://partitionlogic.org.uk/

Another option is MaxBlast. I googled that and found a bunch of links for downloads.

Once the 380gig is partitioned into usable sections, you should be able to use most of it.

OK, I found the old DIM boards. They were on top of a stack of refridgerator magnets. That's not bad? is it?

Wouldn't have thought so but anyway who are you? I was told that a brain surgeon called Dr Yustr was going to be dealing with my case, don't want any understudies or trainee's messing with my head, its the only one i've got.

Noticed another thing about places with the word old in front of the name, they are a lot slower, i've been waiting for ages for someone to see me............i think!

ps thats strange, never noticed that before, not picking faults but i'm fairly sure that refrigerator has no d in it but the abbreviation, fridge, does. Mmmmm

Re: The Dr. Groucho, Dr. Chico & Dr. Harpo Thread v. Happy Holidays

Hay deejay100six , She is our Get things Me-lady, VERY nice and wise then most, she also come up with some darn good solution, so be nice to her or we might get you try out with the Glas Bat.

Hay that an Idea but I was hoping to just partion for the OS info. I noted that in the manual for the drive I could get add-in UDMA PCI CARD if I can found one that will allow me to run larger drives and I have one Cards slot left. Or if I can found some one willing give or buy a 80 GiG drive to make an attempt to get the data off of my crashed drive They haven't got anything like that around here close. Got a hold of a group call HI-TECH forum IT that seem to have a handle on how to retreave data files and possible recover from a defrag crashed HD, Hay if'en you have the time look at my thread {Need help, enors HD, Comp. seems to be in a loop!} in the WinXP support group I am needing all the help I can get.
BTW remember the problem we..Uh.. I had with putting my leg in the prostectic socket because of to much air between the glove and the socket?? found a simple solution, "Baby power" O BTW I road my 12 speed bicycle down about four block yesterday. I am about read to give the cain up but first I want to get me a bowlo hat and take a picture of me in a britsh sort of way LOLLOLLOL
Hay deejay100six , Please forgive I am not enorring you just trying to get back online again. Seriously we don't have bad DR here put Pro's, Now what where you needing for a fair price and I will get the Dr. Right a way for you. We take cash, US or ERUO, credit, or good spar part or if your good enough we my promote with to Dr-assisT or Dr.if you can bring in extra patients for fun Sugery.
