Woman sentenced not to have sex!

Jaclyn Helsel, 20, was already mother of two children when, just seven months apart from the last parturition, gave premature birth of another male in her house and failing to get any medical attention for the newborn who subsequently died. After that the body was thrown by the mother in the garbage.
Now Jaclyn Helsel, from Brevard County, Florida, is charged with aggravated manslaughter and was originally ordered held without bail, but the judge agreed to a $35,000 bail so she was released on Friday morning.
But Helsel has to respect another unusual sanction: the judge ordered her not to have sexual intercourse, and to not even associate with any male over the age of 15 unless she's supervised.

"It's reasonable because it will prevent another unwanted pregnancy," prosecutor Julia Lynch said.

Meanwhile Helsel's two other children were put in the care of the state Department of Children and Families.

Its just like those dumb@#%@ signs around the schools : drug free zone !!!!!

as its legal anywhere else.... It is just helping kids to learn what drug is one day wonder what drug is and one day use the drug.

Nothing can beat this stupidity.
