Just think how much the fine would be if they saw the cup of coffee resting in her lap.

Does anyone but me worry when they see a little blue haired lady driving with her poodle standing in her lap and two paws on the steering wheel? Maybe if this young woman had such a dog she could argue that the mutt was steering...

They should have a system for citizens to call in these things. Citizens outnumber the police in all parts of the world so it only makes sense.

citizens aren't always as trustworthy...

one would hope the the police deserve a bit more trust than the average joe sixpack on the street.

This woman is stupid. Use the rear-view mirror. You don't need to hold up a completely separate mirror...
