It's not like she is looking for a big pay day or anything. She just wants to know why this happened to her. Seems pretty cut and dried to me. If she were being accused of a crime, she is entitled to know what crime it is writ of habeus corpus I think it is called. Once she does find out, I hope she sues the hospital, the board of directors, the doctors, the nurses and anyone else with a name badge to the place.

there was a cabbie here in boston unloading luggages another car crush him while unloading stuff from the trunk , was sent to the hospital , they cut his both legs , because he couldnt provide an insurance , when the guy woke up ,he told them why did you cut my legs , i have the money to pay any rehabilitation and surgery cost ... the cabby needed at least like 3 or 4 more surgeries and couple years of rehab , that was a huge bill ....the cab driver is suing for his legs lost .
