Hi Edersonmc,

This is a forum where everyone can participate. If you see something you know about, just jump right in and help to offer suggestions.

Teams are made of of those who participate with helping on the forum and through that participation demonstrate a competence in providing help to others. When an area manager feels that the competence level of those who post in his/her area is sufficient to qualify them for a team, then that manager has the option to invite those folks to be on a team. That function of inviting is solely at the option of that manager.

Team membership usually comes when one has been on the forum for a considerable amount of time, posts regularly, and has demonstrated proficiency in problem solving in a specific area or multiple areas.

Hope that is what you were asking. Therefore, if it was, jump right in and lend a hand if you see something you know about.

If I missed what you were asking, then forgive for the long reply.

Not much more to say ... Tumbleweed summed everything up.
Only thing I can say ...
By offering your expertise in a certain field, moderators will see the skill and can make you a Tech if there is a vacancy.
