Anaconda vs monkey

this monkey is caught by an anaconda , and this brazilian family is filming this scene , and even the mother started to cry because the husband is asking to not help the monkey ,saying its nature, you shouldint stop it...you would actually be doing more harm by freeing it.
a snake has to eat ....and little monkey was on the menu. its nature at work and you're not supposed to interfere with nature.

But god , I didn't like the monkey screaming too , very sad ... i don t know .

clicky

That's gross. Poor monkey, you'd think opposable thumbs were good for something. Good for the dad, remembering the prime directive.

Poor Monkey. Like the husband stated, you shouldn't interfere with nature

I am so hijacking this thread. All right, if some of us are agreeing that we shouldn't mess with nature, then why are we fighting forest fires? I understand if some careless person accidentally or purposely sets a forest on fire, but what if it is the dry season and a lighting bolt causes a fire? Why do we rush to put it out? It is nature's way of clearing out the dead trees and grasses. Nature doesn't care that some people have houses in the area. Man has intruded and it doesn't bother me in the least to see someone's home burn because of a natural forest fire.

My System

To respond to your hijack; The policy of the Forest Service is now to:

Quote:
The philosophy, as well as the specific policies and recommendations, of the Report continues to move our approach to wildland fire management beyond the traditional realms of fire suppression by further integrating fire into the management of our lands and resources in an ongoing and systematic manner, consistent with public health and environmental quality considerations. We strongly support the integration of wildland fire into our land management planning and implementation activities. Managers must learn to use fire as one of the basic tools for accomplishing their resource management objectives.
Now back to your regularly scheduled program...

Uh oh ... I didn't start this

To your response ...

Man does put out fires as they become a threat to human existence. We as human beings have faulted always in pride and overpower. As they smartest and most intellectual beings on this planet we like to take control over things, nature for example. This is why I say let nature be nature. I am not saying we shouldn't put the fires out but I am saying if that Snake did not eat the monkey a chain reaction would occur. The snake would die, allowing birds not to eat the snake .. birds starve ... etc you get the idea.

I suppose its the fact that we're dealing with "real living" things such as animals and fires being fires aren't alive.
