Cro Cop could probably take Sapp 9 out of 10 times. Sapp is slow and lumbering. His punches are slow, and he relies on his strength/power.

Stick and move would be the way to go I think. You can't just stand toe to toe and take punishment from someone that big. When it comes to the bar parking lot though, the bigger guy usually comes out on top.
