Word Bombers

What makes me angry is people who bomb everything you say, because they think that they are soooooo smart. Even when you provide them with cold hard evidence they still doubt you......

Hmmm.... looks like I qualify for a word bomber..... but the ones I bomb are the ones that tell sooooooo many tall tales, that when they tell the truth it's hard to believe. One of my friends (who is just turned 16) says his grandfather helped invent binary when according to Wikipedia:
Quote:
The modern binary number system was first fully documented by Gottfried Leibniz in the 17th century in his article Explication de l'Arithmétique Binaire. Leibniz's uses 0 and 1, like the modern binary numeral system.
I bomb him sooooo much

word bombers never beat me when it comes to computers

they say that Windows r0x0rz and Linux sux0rz

and i let out a stream of WindWOES

i love how when they hear that they counter with a stream of their own and stop in midsentence and start to stutter stuff

perfect queue for me to start ranting about Mac and Linux

then they talk about how mac and linux are not user-friendly

and i say: "yesterday i modified the registry in my XP"

and they say: "the what?"

and i tell them what it is and they look like i just spoke to them in gobbledegook.

then i laugh and if i have one handy, i throw them a KNOPPIX disc with a Postit on it with CAREFUL INSTRUCTIONS on how to use it without ruining their oh-so-precious XP box.

The MSN mascot: a multicoloured and flashy bug.

Aah, the irony

Ha ha ha, I never looked at it that way. I did, however, crack a smile when AOL announced an integrated anti-virus tool. I thought they meant it had a complete uninstallation utility.

And as for OS's, I'm going Linux on my next server build. Windows is PISSING me off. Even my beloved 2K is giving me endless issues.
