Yep, my sister is doing chemo right now, and the Ronald McDonald house she stays at gets visited by a buch of celebrities.

Thanks, she's actually doing really well right now- her doctor says the tumor in her leg is essentially gone, but they still have to do surgery because the bone it was on is weakened. And she has to still do chemotherapy for a while to make sure nothing grows back.

There are different degrees of agressive treatment- I think everyone suffers pretty much equally with the chemo regardless of type or stage of cancer.

The biggest difference is from chemo drug to drug- some make you feel like crap, others make you throw up. They all pummel your immune system along with the cancer, so you end up getting sores and all of that, like my sis has now. She has managed to hang on to a little bit of hair- although it might be better if she shaved it all off, since it's kind of strange looking.
