Too much time on the PC
Maybe I'm spending too long on the computer, but over the last few months I've noticed my wrist bone on my 'mouse hand' is turning red and sore, like a guitarist's fingertips.
Am I the only one or is this the stigmata of a true PC geek? ![]()

As a drummer, I just have tough hands. I don't think I'll ever get something like that.

I'm amazed I don't have carpal tunnel. Then again, I don't type with my hands facing straight ahead even though I use traditional keyboards.
I do wear glasses, though.

heh....
about 4 months ago, i thought that my wrist bones were going to break through the skin because my "mouse rash" was so bad, even though i had a soft gel wrist pad. what i did, was to take my mouse platter, (which happens to be a 1/2 inch thick slab of stone) and i lifted one side up almost 2 inches, so that it's tilted about 12 degrees. now, my wrist sits at a confortable angle, and my "mouse rash" is totally gone.
