I agree. I've done this once or twice before.

On the other hand, one of the best ones I've heard was...loud music tapers off and voice comes on..."Whew, well the party's about breaking up so if you've been trying to get us for the last week or so, we apologize. We'll call you back when we're rested."

What I hate is the service the cell phone companies provide.
