Do you look at/read the license plate frames while driving around?

You know those things that the dealer puts on your car when you buy one? The reason I ask is that some people have custom ones and I was just wondering how effective they are.

I spend a lot of time driving the same roads day after day and get bored of looking at the scenery so I start looking at liscense plates...

Too many deer here in NJ to be spending time looking at lisence plates... And I probably wouldn't make a buying decision based on someone's plate cover or bumper sticker anyway.
