Zenith TV Captions not working

I don't know where else to post this, since the "beyond PC" seems to have disappeared. Please move it if you deem it necessary.

I have an older Zenith television that I use to watch, of all things, television. Lately, the closed captions that I depend upon to tell what's going on (I'm almost completely deaf, and my hearing aids don't do so well on TV noises) have been cutting out, disappearing entirely. I remember when I first used this TV, the captions didn't work, then they did again for a while, and now, they seem to have left me again... any ideas about what's happening? It'd be really nice to enjoy TV again, even if there is nothing good on on the weekends.

Most likely ,your tv caption decoder is not working properly .

With this kind of price ,it s better to get a new tv .
