That's a buncha bs, it's the parent's fault for not punishing the child, which allows her to let her feelings show openly. If the parents would've spanked the child once or twice, she would know better than to throw temper tantrums like that in school.

Well, if an adult did that it would be called assault. The child should have been taught that it was wrong before getting to school.
