That was a pretty good game. Nice comeback for Illinois but they just couldn't pull out ahead. I'm happy baseball is here. My team hasn't lost yet. Too bad they have to play again on wednesday because right now if the season ended today they'd be in the playoffs. Let me dream a little, I'm a fan of the Brewers so it should be all over for me in about a week.

where's the haert in base ball? the same teams win every year. People go life times with out seeing their teams win, or even make it to the play offs. It is a good game to watch on a date though, lots of time to sit and... make your move hee hee hee hee

I like the Yankees and the Reds, so I get both ends of the spectrum. I have been doing fantasy baseball for years now. My 5 year old daughter when she was 2 would not go to bed because "I watch baseball my daddy!" Now she could care less. My twins are 3 and into baseball. I bought them gloves (a lefty and a righty!!) and we toss the little velcro nerf ball around and catch it.

Our AAA team has an event 4 times a year, dime a dog night. $.10 hot dogs all night long, limit 5 per trip. I plan on taking my sons, and buying 15. They are good for maybe tops.. 4. I don't think I can do 11.

I am more excited for NCAA football. Go Bucks!

I've taken my son to the Brewers game a few times. This year it may be a little tougher though since he likes to run around. I'll give it try and see what happens.

Hopefully my vols will do even better this year. We've got Ainge and Schaeffer back as well as Clausen and I think one more freshmen thats supposed to be pretty good. Hopefully we won't make as many mistakes this year...we may even go all the way :winK:

Football is to far away so I try not to think about it to much because than it makes it longer. That's what baseball is for. To fill in the gap until the football season starts.
But since we are talking about it... GOBadgers I feel another Rose Bowl appearance coming this year.

BOO Tar Heels!

UK still all-time winningest program with 7 NCAA titles! We woulda given them more of a game than Mich State did, that's for sure. (I stopped counting the "shouldas" UK missed in the MSU game.....too depressing.)
