document local .. something?
umm i remember there being a folder in my comp that stores all the lil files pictures and stuff tat was downloaded from internet sites and stored so that the computer wont have to download it again .. and does someone know what folder that is or how to find it
i remember something about documents and settings and local something .. ahh please help |

yea do u kno the whole folder name?'
well its a folder where they hold a bunch of pictures mostly ... like lil small portions of site pictures .. like sometimes it has the sites logo save onto the computer .. and etc u know? Last edited by toxict3arz; 03-29-2005 at 09:35 PM. |

You can go there by opening IE. Tools, Internet Options, Settings, View Files...
Or you go under Documents and Settings, your User names Folder, Local Settings, Temporary Internet Files

search the computer for files named temp, or if you aren't to scared of wading thorugh a bunch of files, search for *.jpg (or *.gif, or *.htm, or *.whateveritisyouarelookingfor)

It defaults to C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
replace <user> with your user name
