No More H1N1! YAY!

This morning I got a friendly request from the assistant manager to not post anymore threads about the flu. I have no problem if this forum doesn't want this type of information available to their members. Sniper Wolf did reply to a recent thread saying my thought are important or valued or something. Thanks for the positive reply. You are a good person.

Virus Thingy

"You seem to have thrashed this subject to death. It would be appreciated if you refrain from creating any further threads on Flu"

For the record to all. I am not afraid of the flu. I always said people should undstand it. I selflessly went out of my way to pass on info to the public that otherwise might not have learned anything about the H1N1.

The only reason he thinks I have "thrashed this subject to death" is because disrespecful members have ridiculed me on this dating back 3 or 4 months.

I hope that atleast some members found some info interesting or helpful in some way.

TSF - I think this forum is great for info. I respect your decision and it will be less work to update this forum. Now I will just be bored to death at work.

I enjoyed the convesations for the most part aside from the thread hijacking and will look to create further threads on more topics that are more accepted.

Peace!

Re: No More H1N1! YAY!

I did find the thread interesting, and it's a pity it was taken too lighthearted for the possible seriousness of the virus.

Thank you for your effort though, LB, 'twas much appreciated

Since I was one of "them" (I really didn't mean any disrespect or offense, btw) I'll refrain from saying anything else besides, thanks for keeping us posted, LB, and your efforts.

Re: No More H1N1! YAY!

Anyone who is that worried about the virus is free to learn about it from the millions of sites dedicated to it all over the globe and in their own language. I doubt that anyone who is seriously bothered about the virus would wait for updates from this forum when there are many better informed sites that can give the information at first hand.

Whilst the intention of keeping us up to date was good, the result was to assist the scare mongers in maintaining the scare, assist the pharmaceutical companies to manufacture and SELL the "flu jabs" and keep money flowing both to them and to the MME who have followed the subject very carefully indeed.

My own views are that my own immune system needs to learn how to keep me alive without scientific trickery adding to the confusion. The more drugs you take to help combat an illness the less your immune system learns and the more dependent you become upon the medicine to get over your malady. If I get the bug, I hope I shall recover. It's part of evolution. Part of LIFE where you either make it or you don't. If I don't I am probably going to be better off! No Bills, No arguments, No stress !

Now if you're going to stop waffling about this pandemic, Don't take other peoples words and turn it into yet another crusade!

This thread is now officially closed !!
