Man Busted for Being Naked at Home

Oct. 21) A Virginia man was busted for indecent exposure after he was caught in the buff. In his own home. Alone.
Eric Williamson, 29, got up at 5:30 a.m. Monday and went to the kitchen to make some coffee. He was naked, but he was alone in the Springfield house, so he didn't think it mattered.
Wrong.

A woman and a 7-year-old boy were cutting through Williamson's front yard from a nearby path, according to WTTG-TV, Channel 5 in Washington. Through his front window, they saw Williamson having coffee in his birthday suit.

I don't think he should be charged, it's his home even though it's not something I agree with but still it's his house. I voted and only 2% thinks he should be charged and 88% sure on would they walk naked around their house lol...

That's ridiculous. They were on his property w/out permission, looked into his home and saw him, and they call the cops? What happened to having a right to privacy? I'd agree with calling the cops if he had stood in the window dancing about, but he wasn't. If the situation were reversed and he was outside their window looking in and saw them as such, he'd be accused of being a peeping tom, etc. Maybe he could have shut the drapes or thrown on shorts, but they hardly have the right to involve the cops over something so trivial. It's hardly worth giving a man a criminal record and such a hassle because you're a prude and need to "shelter" your kid...

Prudes like that are the cause of all the problems these days. And the whole prespassing bit, c'mon. Is the sidewalk too far away for you?

They were in his front yard...he should have pressed charges for trespassing if that's how they want to be.

This is pretty much the same as a peeping tom charging someone for being naked in their own house.

Since the woman admitted she was in his yard, this guy needs to press charges.

I agree if he wants to be naked at home that's his business, but perhaps some drapes are in order for future nakedness, just to protect him from nosy prudes.

See, this is why my house is on the second floor, away from back/frontyard tresspassers. If they start to go onto my balchony... well, then it's time to move underwater or something...

Yeah there is a very tight limit to what size a Tech's signature can be. 1000 characters I think, including all code and tags.
