Liquid courage!

I was curious as to what the fine folks of TSF like to drink to relax. Personally I'm quite fond of the simple Bourbon and Coke but will also enjoy a well-made Gin & Tonic.

Re: Liquid courage!

Well, as an archetypal aussie male, it's a Coopers Pale Ale for me or if I'm feeling like something a little tastier (and more expensive) one of the James Squire range of ales. A late night port can be relaxing too

Re: Liquid courage!

I've found that 'GlenOrchy' and 'Whyte & McKay' Whiskey are nice and smooth. When I'm in 'Beer Mode', Guinness, Fullers 'London Pride' or a West Country brewery called 'Badgers' make a nice range of brews.

Mostly light beer, I love gin and tonic but drink them, because I love them so much.

I have a fondness for Earl Grey...

My characters, of course, have a propensity for fine single malt whiskeys like Glenfiddich:

Legally I cannot drink drink.
I like fruit drinks/juice and water. I don't really like soda. Snapple is pretty good.

Re: Liquid courage!

Tim Hortons.

It almost an unwritten law in Canada, you don't drive by one without getting coffee.
